Guido Scarpa
Founder of the agency

Born in Finland in 1969 but moved to Italy when he was very young and grew up in Lenno, a small village on the shore of lake Como where he developed a great love of the lake for it’s beauty, the surrounding nature and the many artistic expressions inspired and created on it’s shores. This passion has been channelled into understanding the environment, the architecture and the houses of the lake area and their restoration.

After completing the course at the C.C.I.A.A. in Como his career as an estate agent reflected from the very start his interest in property in the city of Como itself and the lake region and in 1997 he founded the “Studio Immobiliare La Corte”

He is greatly respected by his clients not only for his professionalism and his deep understanding of the local property market but for his sensitivity in negotiating with clients to achieve successful outcomes. In his own words:     “Today, the market is not always easy and it is necessary to pay great attention to every detail and not least to the clients and to understand their aspirations because each one is as different as every house is .”

Elena Bianchi
Estate agent

Dott.ssa Elena Bianchi was born and lived all her life in the city of Como and knows the area around the lake intimately. She developed an easy rapport with people through years of teaching and is fluent in English.
It was through helping people to find suitable accomodation that she became fascinated by the world of property and, abandoning the classroom, she threw all her energies into studying and qualifying as an estate agent.
